If you would still like a consultation to see if we can work together, please set a free 15-minute consultation for services! There is currently a waitlist for my individual sessions. My resident, Tyler Kerley, is accepting clients with no waitlist and can be seen at https://mayhemandtranquilitytherapy.com
I believe in working with the intersection of gender diverse and Neurodivergent individuals who oftentimes are a part of minority populations to help address the intersectionality that comes with mental health and how it can affect you on a day-to-day basis. I specialize in a trauma informed approach to address CPTSD and the umbrella of symptoms that come with it including but not limited to disordered eating, typically addressing ARFID in the Neurodivergent population, gender dysphoria, self esteem issues, religious trauma, sexual trauma, family related trauma, transitioning as a transgender individual, coming out to peers, family and coworkers, parent counseling/coaching, executive functioning coaching, chronic pain and chronic illness, body image and self esteem.
